Doc Ventura hosts the KPPQ-FM 104.1 radio show "Doc's Delta Blues Lounge".

Here is where you will hear thousands of classic, rare, and obscure blues records every week. Doc dives into his personal collection to entertain, educate and inform the world legion of blues fans.

Growing up in Chicago, Doc was exposed to blues from an early age. However, he absorbed vast amounts of information about lesser known artists through the old 'Blues Shack' program on KCLU about 20 years ago. He wanted to pass on that legacy and the folks at KPPQ-FM 104.1 Ventura were gracious and welcoming of the show.

The show has run more than 75 hour long episodes.
